Biography

Lisa Boyle was born August 6, 1968, in Chicago, Illinois. Although she certainly blossomed throughout the years, Lisa was not the bombshell she is now when she was in high school. While a student at Chicago's Steinmetz High -- coincidentally Hugh Hefner's alma mater -- she was more a nerd rather than the girl everyone wanted to date.

Her looks were apparent though, as she was voted "Best Legs" in high school. After high school, Lisa headed off to Kailua, Hawaii with a friend, where she landed a job as a waitress on the Marine Corps base. (She's now a close friend of Hawaiian Play.mate Patricia Ford.) Once she had enough, she headed back to Chicago for a short while, and headed back West, only this time to Los Angeles, with her musician boyfriend.

party girl to bunny

There, Lisa lived a life of working at the Hard Rock Café and partying all night long. But at a point, she realized that it was time for a change. So, she got an agent and within a month, she was discovered by the magazine that has made many a woman's career: Play.boy.

Her long portfolio with the bunny magazine started when Lisa was asked to pose for the March/April 1995 edition of the Book of Lingerie. A long list of Books of Lingerie followed, and she has appeared in more than 15 editions from 1995 to 2000, 5 of which were cover shots.

Lisa was also a cover girl for the October 1995 issue of Play.boy, as well as the magazine's Girls of Summer series, in October 1995, June 1997, May 1998, and June 1999; Wet & Wild series in October 1996 and April 1998; Sexy Swimsuits in January 1996; Bathing Beauties in March 1995; Nude Celebrities in February 1997; Voluptuous Vixens in January 1998; and the cover of Play.boy Supermodels in October 1998, along with fellow sexy siren Sung Hi Lee.

She didn't only pose for Hefner's magazine, she posed for Celebrity Skin, L'Equipe Magazine, Access Magazine, and Loaded.

B-come a B-star

While her modeling career was underway, Lisa began taking acting lessons and broadened her horizons in film and television. She made her debut in Earth Girls Are Easy in 1989, and after roles in TV's Red Shoe Diaries 5: Weekend Pass and the film Terminal Voyage, Lisa was cast in her first starring role, in 1994's Midnight Tease.

Since then, Lisa has appeared in a long list of films, most notably, 1995's Bad Boys and Showgirls, 1996's The Nutty Professor, 1997's Face/Off and The Night That Never Happened, 1998's Some Nudity Required and Play.boy's Babes of Baywatch, 1999's Let the Devil Wear Black, and 2000's John Travolta and Lisa Kudrow flop, Lucky Numbers. As one can see, Lisa, who is sometimes credited as Cassandra Leigh and Lisa D. Boyle, has done her share of commercial films and B-movies.

As for television, Lisa has appeared on Baywatch, had a recurring role on Married... With Children, and made her way to Dream On, Baywatch Nights, Silk Stalkings, Total Security, Night Stand, The Hughleys, and Shasta McNasty.

Lisa also appeared in Aerosmith's "Falling in Love (Is Hard on the Knees)" video as well as Warren G's "I Shot the Sheriff."

Lisa has four tattoos (a baby pink bow on the back of her neck, a pink bow on her tailbone and her inner left wrist, and a pink Japanese sign for feline on her right ankle) and goes home to her two dogs, a basset hound Mrs. C., Pekinese named Isabelle, and two Persian cats, B and Gizmo.

The beautiful Irish, Lithuanian and Polish brunette plans to concentrate on her acting and modeling, but also makes time for photography, a hobby she took up and perfected by observing photographers at work during her photo shoots. She aims to someday do celebrity photography for magazines, but for now, appearing in front of the camera will do just fine.
